House, Trogir, Balan

Description

The family house is located in Trogir area Balan, at the very beginning of the bay Saldun (for ex resorts Duro Dakovic), on the road Trogir - Okrug.About 500 m from the old town. Work on the excavation to begin in 2005 in winter, and the same is moved to the New Year 2006

The house was commissioned by the project, and has a building permit.

The residential part of the house 120 m2, consists of the following premises:
Entering the house at the same level are the kitchen and living room and balcony. A step at the entrance is a small toilet and sink. At the next level (approximately 6-7 steps above) are larger double room, children's room with its balcony, study room (possible laundry room), and a spacious toilet and bathroom (washing machine and water heater in the garage). On the third (final) level (2 more steps above) is another room of the same square footage as well as double rooms.

In the basement there is a large garage (built up for the minibus), and washer and water heater, shelves and desk with a tool.

The floors in the house were cast with a screed, and then rough Spanish ceramics, and room and living room insulation and decking of the spruce.

Heating solved with fireplace 16 kW, and two climate of total power 8 kW.In winter, never been used for heating.
Interior woodwork from Brazilian pine. All outside prisons, as well as doors and shutters are made of Austrian larch, and multi-coated with special paint. Also some parts of the interior handiwork (table, kitchen ,...).
